Students can end up with multiple accounts because of typing errors when registering, multiple valid email addresses, change of name, or a change in the school domain.
If a student claims to have submitted work but it cannot be found in the Markbook, look for a second account. The student might have signed up with the wrong email address, or registered with multiple addresses in various subjects.
Accounts can be merged if student's work is spread across multiple email addresses, so do not remove either account from the Subject. Instead, please contact Stile's Support team providing the student's name, the incorrect email address and their correct school email address and the Subject they are enrolled in. Once merged together all work is saved and accessible in a single account.
