Co-teachers have equal access to a Subject. They can add students, release and hide Sessions, edit content, and mark student work. Teachers must be invited to join an existing Subject, or added by a school Admin.
To get started, open the Subject and click the Settings button in the Subject's header.
Add a co-teacher
Click Add Co-Teacher on the Settings page;
Find your colleague in the staff list and click Add next to their name, or search by email address;
If they are already at the school, click Add. If they haven't joined yet, click Invite.
Note: If the "Add" button is greyed out, the teacher is already enrolled in the Subject as a student. Remove them from the Students page first, then add them as a co-teacher. See The Students page: organize Classes and co-teachers.
Remove a co-teacher
Scroll to the Co-teachers section on the Settings page;
Click the rubbish bin icon next to the teacher's name.
They will be removed from the Subject immediately.
Error: "Something went wrong. Please try again later."
This usually means the teacher is enrolled as a student in an archived Class. Remove them from the Students page first, then retry adding them as a co-teacher.
If the problem persists, contact Stile Support with your colleague's name and email address, and a link to the Subject.
