Make sure your students can see the correct Lessons - it's usually an easy fix.
There are two common reasons why a student is unable to see Lessons when the rest of a Class can:
- The Lessons are not released to the student;
- The student has multiple accounts and is logged into the wrong one.
The Lessons are not released to the student
Students won't see Lessons until the teacher makes them available. Clicking the drop down menu to the right of the Lesson name will allow you to change who the Lesson is released to. Read more about releasing Lessons here.
The student has multiple accounts and is logged in to the wrong one
Occasionally a student will sign up for Stile with an incorrect email address and then sign up again with the correct one to join another Subject. The Stile Support team can merge these accounts together so all of the student's work is in one place, and all of their Subjects are easily accessible. Contact us via the Support button near the top right corner of the Stile app or email help@stileeducation.com. Let us know the email addresses that the student is using on each account, and which one is the correct email address.
