Each school on Stile will have one or more subscription owner. Stile subscription owners have access to the same tools as a Stile admin, but also to manage their school's Stile subscription. This is most often the Head of Science, a business manager, IT manager or another leadership role at the school.

To access the Subscription Management page, head to the Admin section in your Stile side menu. Keep in mind, this section is only visible to users with school admin privileges.

Regular admins can view current subscription details but won't be able to make changes, accept offers, or place orders.

If your school has had any staffing changes and you need to update your subscription owners, please contact the Stile Support team.

Under Active subscription you can see details of your school's current Stile subscription, including the number of year-to-date active students and the number of student licences purchased.

If student enrolments change at the start of the school year, you have a 60-day window to adjust your student licences. During this period, you can reduce the number of licences by up to 10% to accommodate shifts in enrolment.

Each year your school will be provided with a renewal offer to confirm your subscription for the following year. Click on the green Adjust or accept offer button to open your offer.

On the first page under Subscription Details, you’ll see the option to update the number of students for your renewal offer. Just like with your current subscription, you can reduce the total number of licences by up to 10%.

For licence adjustments that exceed 10%, please contact The Stile Support team.

Click Continue to place an order for any Stile X workbooks you need. Simply enter the quantity next to each workbook type, then fill in the delivery details at the bottom of the page.

If you're not ready to confirm your workbook requirements at the time of renewal, no worries: workbooks can still be purchased separately after your offer has been accepted.

Click Save and Continue to view and add any Professional Learning options your school might need, including Stile Academy teacher licences and in-person events held at your school.

If you're not ready to finalise these at the time of renewal, that's okay. Professional Learning can also be purchased separately after your offer has been accepted.

Click Continue again to review your order and view the terms and conditions. If your finance team needs a purchase order number included on the invoice, you can add it before finalising your order.

Once you're ready, tick the box to agree to the terms and click to complete your order.

You can purchase Stile X workbooks or Professional Learning options anytime throughout the year, whenever you need them. Just click the Buy Professional Learning or Stile X Workbooks button and fill out the form to place your order.
