There are two common reasons a student cannot see Sessions that the rest of the Class can see.
Reason 1: The Sessions are not released to that student
Sessions must be explicitly released before a student can access them. A Session may be released to the whole Class but hidden from one specific student.
Click the dropdown menu to the right of the Session name to check and update individual release settings. See Release and hide Sessions for full steps.
Reason 2: The student is logged into the wrong account
A student may have created two separate accounts using different email addresses. If they are logged into the account that is not enrolled in your Class, your Sessions will not appear for them.
To resolve this, contact Stile Support to merge the accounts. Email the address listed below with:
Both email addresses associated with the student's accounts;
Which email address is the correct one to keep.
