You can reset your password and log back in to Stile quickly.
There are a few ways to reset your password.
Click to jump to the section that is most relevant to you:
- If your school uses Single Sign-on (SSO), then talk to your school's IT staff;
- Use the password reset link on the login page;
- If you are a student, ask your teacher for a temporary password.
Talk to your school's IT staff
If your school or state Department of Education has set up Single Sign-on (SSO) with Stile, then your password will be managed by your school's IT staff.
Note: Setting up SSO means you sign in to Stile using the same email address and password as your school web portal or email inbox. Learn more about setting up SSO for your school here.
Use the password reset link on the login page
From stileapp.com type your email into the Your school email field.
Make sure your email is typed correctly. Any error in your email address will mean that Stile won't recognize your account. If this occurs and you have double-checked the spelling, you may have made a typo when you first signed up. Your teacher will be able to tell you which email to use.
If Stile recognises your email address, you will be taken to the password entry page.
Below the blue Log in button, click Forgot your password?
Double-check the spelling of your email address again and then click the blue Send me instructions button. An email will arrive in your email inbox within a few minutes. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder if you don't see the email in your inbox.
Ask your teacher for a temporary password
If you are already enrolled in your teacher's class and your school does not use SSO, then your teacher can create a temporary password for you! Ask your teacher to copy and paste the email address on your account, plus the temporary password, into a message to you. Use those details to log in. If your teacher doesn't know how to do this, they can check out the tutorial here.
