What can I expect my Stile X order to look like?
Your Stile X order will arrive by truck in clearly labelled boxes organised by unit, containing 10, 14, 29 or 50 booklets each with a few extras for teachers or spare copies. While we’ll do our best to meet the delivery date and location, we can't guarantee due to factors outside of our control.
For specific dimensions of your order, please contact help@stileeducation.com and we’ll provide you with an estimate. As a reference, the image below shows the approximate size of an order for 160 students.
How will I be kept informed of my delivery?
Once your order has been shipped, your delivery contact will receive an email that includes the total number of boxes sent and an itemised inventory list. Your delivery contact will also be kept up to date via SMS.
By confirming your order, you consent to Stile sharing your contact details with our delivery services to complete the order.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is with StarTrack for delivery, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and a link to a tracking dashboard that will provide information regarding the status of your shipment.
How should I store Stile X, or distribute them to students?
It’s best to store Stile X somewhere in your labs or science prep room. The boxes are clearly labelled to ensure it’s nice and easy to find what you need. We'd suggest organising your boxes in order of year level and when the unit is taught. You can download and print our signs before your delivery arrives to help organise your boxes.
We’d recommend handing out Stile X booklets at the start of each unit, then sending them home with the student upon completion of the unit for revision. If storage is an issue or you’d like students to take ownership of their booklets, you can give them out all at once at the beginning of the year. Booklets have metal eyelets that make them easy to store in 2-ring binders.

Is it too late to change my order?
You can change your order until it's sent to our logistics team, usually two weeks before delivery. If you wish to change your order later, we’ll try to help, but additional shipping and admin fees may apply.
What if I need more copies of Stile X?
You can purchase more booklets on the Subscription Management page if you have more enrollments or want to use Stile X with additional classes. Orders must be placed at least two weeks before your preferred delivery date. Remember, you’ll receive a few extras of each unit in your order to cover the odd lost booklet here or there.
What if there is an issue with my order?
If you have an issue with your order, please contact Stile’s Support Team at help@stileeducation.com, and they’ll direct your concern appropriately.
For delivery-related issues (e.g., delays notified by StarTrack), please contact StarTrack directly using their provided details. While we work within their estimated timelines, factors like road closures and flooding can cause delays that are outside Stile’s control.
